I offer individual sessions for $250 per session. I accept most insurance plans and am happy to help you navigate your benefits. I do offer a sliding scale if needed. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, with a special focus on trauma integration. I am dedicated to providing a safe space for your healing journey.
